Acolman, Edomex, April 22, 2023.- Delfina Gómez, candidate for governor of the State of Mexico for the “Together We Will Make History” alliance, assured that women will have various supports to continue their studies, as well as life insurance .
On a tour of the northeast of the state, Gómez Álvarez affirmed that the lack of attention to women and the problems that afflict them must be addressed by his government to reduce the lags faced by this sector of society.
“We will help the women of the State of Mexico, it is not possible that they are left without completing their studies and that there is no support to do so. With the ‘Mujeres con Bienestar’ program we are going to give them the support they need so much to complete their studies in all types and levels of education. By giving the studio to a woman, we help her to be independent,” she noted.
According to the INEGI 2020 census, in the State of Mexico there are 953 thousand women (5.6%) who have no academic level, while 9 million (56%) only have basic education, 3 million (21%) have upper secondary education and only 2 million (16.8%) reach a higher level.
In Acolman, Delfina Gómez indicated that life insurance will be given especially to those women who have children, in order to protect them.
He also announced that there will be incentives for businessmen who hire Mexican women.
“The employer who hires women will have incentives. Because we want to support our women. That women have that generation of employment because they are very important and are the breadwinners of the family,” she pointed out.
