Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g oat flakes (tender)
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 Owner (M)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 TL Backpulver
- Chocolate chips (or another topping of your choice)
Approximately per serving:
- 580 kcal
- 18 g Fett
- 86g carbohydrates
- 17g protein
Preparation time:
Total time: 5 minutes (plus 20 minutes baking time)
And this is how it’s done:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips together in a mixer and pour into two ovenproof casserole dishes, soufflé dishes or cups with a diameter of around 10 cm.
Top the dough with the chocolate chips and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
Take the warm bowls or cups with the Chocolate-Chip Baked Oatmeal out of the oven and spoon them straight out of the mold and enjoy.
