Delta and Korean Air’s carefully selected new in-flight content

Korean cultural content to be continuously updated
Delta Air Lines announced on the 6th that it has introduced Korean films to its in-flight entertainment system, ‘Delta Studio’, in cooperation with Korean Air. The two airlines that have formed a joint venture are putting a lot of effort into providing differentiated customer experiences through continuous cooperation.
Through this collaboration, passengers will be able to enjoy richer content onboard. This reflects the opinion that there is a lack of content for Koreans on Delta Air Lines’ Korean route in-flight entertainment system. Starting with this new content, Delta Air Lines plans to continuously update in-flight content related to Korean culture.
There are a total of 9 Korean films that have been updated this time. They are Parasite (2019), Concrete Utopia (2023), The Outlaws 2 (2022), The Outlaws 3 (2023), 30 Days (2023), Snowpiercer (2013), Citizen Deok-hee (2024), Noryang: Sea of Death (2023), and Decision to Leave (2022). They will be available on Delta Airlines and Korean Air starting this month.
Jeff Moomaw, Delta Air Lines vice president of Asia Pacific, said, “We have introduced Korean film content to reflect the global trend of Korean culture being highlighted,” and “We hope that the works carefully selected by Delta and Korean Air will be widely loved by passengers.”
Delta Air Lines and Korean Air signed a joint venture partnership in 2018 and have been working together to expand customer benefits and differentiate in-flight experiences. Delta Air Lines also plans to expand its in-flight content program each year through cooperation with Korean Air.
