The Board of Directors of Delta Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a 30 percent dividend to shareholders. Its all cash dividends.
This dividend has been declared for the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023. As a result, the shareholders will get a cash dividend of 3 taka against every 10 taka worth of shares.
On Thursday (August 15), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).
The dividend decision was taken after reviewing and approving the last year’s audited financial report at the company’s board meeting held earlier on Wednesday (August 14).
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on September 28 for approval of the declared dividend with the consent of the shareholders. And the record date for distribution of the declared dividend to the shareholders has been fixed on September 5.
In view of this corporate announcement, there will be no price limit for the trading of shares of the company on this day.
