The band Delux continues on its path to the release of its next album. And the people from Tijuana have presented “Cardinal Point”, theme that marks an evolution of the project that emerged in the first half of the 2000s.
“It is the third single that is being released from this series of songs that we are going to be compiling with an album that will be released at the end of the year.
“It has many special things, the first is that we started working on these songs with a producer we had never worked with before, Yunuen Nurseries who has worked with many artists,” Leonardo Ramírez, guitarist of the band, told 24 HORAS.

Likewise, he mentions that this song is inspired by his experience in music and with influences from the 80s, a time that marked most of its members.
“In each album we have tried to look for new music and this one in particular has an influence from the eighties. These songs are the most elaborate and thought out we have ever had. It is an evolution of what we have lived and learned these years,” Leonardo added.
For the band, whose debut was in 2003, evolving and adapting is nothing new as they have been in various stages of the music industry.
“We have had an evolution and I feel strange for all the years but also lucky to have played as part of the music industry. We had radio and television, now we have to be in digital media. Yes, it is difficult for us to adapt and it is something we have worked on over the years.
“We like to try to stay out of the day. “It has been quite interesting,” he mentioned in the talk.

“Punto Cardinal” joins a couple of singles that have been released in recent months and which will be part of their next album production.
“Important things are coming this year. We already have the songs coming, the idea is to release the compilation of these songs at the end of the year. We have two more left to launch. We have it recorded and ready to go. The idea is to give people new music,” he mentioned.
Finally, the band thanks their followers for being aware of what they do in each era and consider that the only thing they need is to move forward.

“What we need is to play. As a band, the main thing is music and doing what we like. I am grateful to the people because they have been there. What I could ask for is to continue more in the medium, to have the opportunity to record and compose,” Leonardo concluded.
