Mobile users are avoiding the government telecom company Bharatiya Sanchar Nigam Limited i.e. BSNL. And instead they are taking connections from Airtel and Jio. In such a situation, there is a continuous decline in the number of BSNL users. This is the reason why BSNL has come up with a special plan to keep its customers connected.

BSNL wrote a letter to the government

BSNL asked the government to allow Vodafone Idea to use its 4G network for 4G service. Let us tell you that the government has the maximum stake in Vodafone Idea company. This share is about 33.1 percent. Meaning, if the government wants, BSNL can use Vodafone Idea’s network for 4G service. In this matter, BSNL Employees Union has written a letter to IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, in which it has demanded that the network of BSNL Telecom Company is not present across the country. In such a situation, where BSNL network is not present, Vodafone Idea’s network will be allowed to be used by BSNL, because the government has the majority stake in both the telecom companies like BSNL and Vodafone Idea.

BSNL placed demand

BSNL says that due to non-availability of 4G service, BSNL users are shifting to other telecom operators. As it is known that Jio and Airtel are offering 5G service. This is the reason why BSNL users are shifting to Jio and Airtel. In such a situation, BSNL has demanded to use Vi’s 4G network to bring back its customers. BSNL says that the implementation of Vodafone Idea plan will help in faster rollout of 4G service across the country.
