The dismissed officers-employees have appealed to the Secretary and Director General of the Ministry of Commerce to solve their problems. Also appealed to FBCCI President. In 2022 demand notice was also served to FBCCI authorities through advocates. But no effective action was taken.

At this time, he gave an ultimatum to reinstate the sacked workers in their respective positions (including seniority and promotion) within the next 72 hours. At the same time, demand for payment of due service benefits and other outstanding dues was made.
