On the social media platform X, a handle named Rajesh Vadhera is writing that how Coldplay tickets are being sold on Viagogo, whereas Bookmyshow is its official ticket partner, which has the right to book tickets. These tickets are being sold elsewhere instead of BookmyShow. This is a kind of fraud. A complaint has been made by tracking the Finance Ministry regarding this kind of financial crime.
Being Sarcastic, an ex-handle wrote that people are being defrauded regarding Coldplay ticket booking. Bookmyshow is selling these tickets through another channel at double the price.
Rakshit Datta shared a screenshot on Instagram and wrote that the Bookmyshow website has crashed, while in its place tickets are being sold on Viagogo at 10 times the price, which is a kind of planned scam.
Another ex-user Sanjeet wrote that the BookMyShow website and app are constantly down. Its condition is worse than IRCTC. In such a situation, it should be given to IRCTC, because lakhs of tickets are booked through IRCTC every day. But its website and app do not crash.
