Hotmail entrusted the construction evacuation plan in the “Argov Complex” in the Ehadot neighborhood in Petah Tikva, which includes the construction of a new residential neighborhood, and which includes 913 housing units in 5 residential towers of 23-35 stories and 5 buildings of 10-story structural construction, to be built on the spot About 240 old apartments in 10 apartment buildings that will be demolished and vacated.

Out of all the apartments, 55 housing units will be built within reach intended for long-term rental, with half of them rented at a reduced price. Commercial areas will also be built in the project on the ground floor of the towers, public institutions, educational, cultural buildings and a neighborhood synagogue. The plan was initiated by Shikun and Binui, and was designed by Miloslavsky Architects.

According to architect Guy Miloslevski, “The new neighborhood seeks to preserve and develop Argov Garden, with the intention of preserving the spirit of the place and the community’s collective memory of the existing neighborhood. This is done through a wide array of fences that will connect the complex and the garden to the environment, while integrating elements of green construction, agriculture community and green roofs in the public buildings, and the creation of an internal array of open spaces of a changing nature for diverse activities for the use of the residents of the neighborhood and the entire public.”

The plan covers an area of ​​29.6 dunams in the southeast of Petah Tikva, between Shaprincek, Pines, Mintz and Henrietta Sold streets. It also included the preservation of Argov Garden, located in the heart of the neighborhood, which was a generative factor in the planning of the entire neighborhood. The plan included a public participation process over the past few years with the residents of the neighborhood, with the participation of Petah Tikva Mayor Rami Greenberg and representatives of the Keremi Urban Renewal Directorate, as well as social surveys conducted with the residents.
