Different actors involved in the judicial system promote and protect the corruption in Mexicotherefore, it is imperative that the Federal Judicial Council (CJF) implement the necessary actions to prevent these acts, highlighted the Permanent Commission of the capital’s Congress.
Deputy Alberto Martinez Urinchoexplained that the purpose is for the CJF to integrate an internal commission that follows up on the emblematic or strategic litigation processes that are developed in the area of competence, to safeguard respect for the human rights and compliance with resolutions that terminate the proceedings jurisdictional.

He stressed that from January 1, 2019 to October 31, 2021, the CJF reviewed 1,188 complaints and reports about public officials, audited 36 administrative areas and carried out 1,347 follow-ups on asset evolution, which, he said, show the different forms of corruption.
The deputy added that, after the implementation of the Institutional Internal Control System Between 2019 and 2020, 63 audits were completed, resulting in 1,225 actions to 36 administrative areas of the Council of the Federal Judicature.
While from 2019 to 2020, 48 thousand 842 were observed asset declarations and interests, as well as 1,280 studies of patrimonial evolution, which generated 3,626 opinions of possible non-compliance in the presentation of the declarations and 431 reports presented to the substantiating authority for alleged administrative responsibility.
