The presence of a drag queen in a public school in the city of Rondonópolis (MT) had repercussions in the local press and became the target of controversy following protests by a federal deputy, concerned about the influence on students.
The case that occurred at the Professora Edith Pereira Barbosa State School was reported by federal deputy Amália Barros (PL-MT), who published a video showing the scene of the drag queen dancing to the sound of I Will Surviveby Gloria Gaynor, a song that has become something of an icon of the LGBT movement.
“This happened in June, at the Profª Edith Pereira Barbosa State School in Rondonópolis. Inadmissible! I hope that the government of Mato Grosso takes action as it did with the recent case that occurred in Juína, as they acted quickly and took assertive measures!”, wrote the parliamentarian.
According to information from the RepórterMT portal, the drag queen was taken to school by a teacher who is a member of the school’s deliberative council to give a talk to students about diversity and combating prejudice. However, what you see in the images is just an erotic dance performance.
Amália Barros encouraged her followers to continue reporting similar cases: “And if you know of any case like this happening in schools in Mato Grosso, be sure to look for me! We will report everyone!” added.
The school principal, according to the Folha do Estado Onlinehad not been previously informed about the activity and expressed her annoyance with the episode in the minutes.
Drags x children
The presence of drag in classrooms and other environments for children is a strategy that has been widely used by the LGBT movement in the United States, as an approach that relies on shock to normalize the idea of gender fluidity, one of the aspects of the ideology trans.
In 2019, a Texas teacher drew the ire of conservative parents who did not agree with his initiative to invite a drag queen to teach makeup to students. The professor’s arrogant response was that “parents don’t know what’s best for their children”, echoing the socialist idea that education is a responsibility of the “community”.

The advancement of this aggressive strategy reached evangelical congregations already prostrate in the face of theological liberalism: a 200-year-old Presbyterian church, affiliated with the PCUSA – a Presbyterian denomination with a progressive orientation –, organized a “cult” taught by biological men dressed as women.
At the event, homosexual “pastor” Jane Spahr celebrated the opportunity to indoctrinate children present in gender ideology: “We thank God for the great diversity present in this world and we hold fast to the truth that each of us was created in the image of God and loved by Him. For the gift of drag queens, O God, we give You thanks.”
