Detroit Lions to Offer Alternate Broadcast of Preseason Game with Kiswe’s Cloud Production

The Detroit Lions announced today that they will be offering an alternate broadcast of their first preseason game against the New York Giants on August 11, 2023. This unique broadcast will be hosted by Peter Schrager and will feature live commentary and interviews from a variety of special guests. Fans will be able to watch the alternate broadcast on the Detroit Lions website or through the Lions Mobile App.

“We are thrilled to produce our first ever Detroit Lions alternate broadcast with Kiswe,” said Detroit Lions Director of Broadcasting Carl Moll. “This is a great opportunity to engage fans in a new and exciting way, and we can’t wait to see the final product as well as the reaction.”

The alternate broadcast will include appearances from several notable figures, including Detroit Lions Executive Vice President and General Manager Brad Holmes, Detroit Lions Special Assistant to the President/CEO and Chairperson Chris Spielman, and former Detroit Lions QB Gary Danielson, who is now the lead college football analyst for CBS Sports. Other guests include former Detroit Lions players Glover Quin and Golden Tate, NBA veteran Jalen Rose, former Detroit Tigers outfielder Kirk Gibson, Detroit Red Wings legend Darren McCarty, Detroit Free Press beat writer Dave Birkett, and NFL Network reporter and former WNBA player Stacey Dales.
