jpnn.comJAKARTA – The legal team for candidate pair for Governor and Deputy Governor of South Sulawesi number 1 Moh. Ramdhan “Danny” Pomanto-Azhar Arsyad (DIA) considers that there is structured, systematic and massive fraud (TSM) in the 2024 South Sulawesi gubernatorial election.

DIA spokesperson Asri Tadda said the legal team found 90 to 130 fake signatures at every polling station (TPS) in South Sulawesi.

“If averaged out, we got around 110 fake signatures per TPS from a total of 14,548 TPS spread across South Sulawesi. Thus, there are 1,600,280 fake signatures,” said Asri Tadda in his statement, Thursday (7/1).

According to him, 1,600,280 signatures were a silent vote. “We can present these allegations before the panel of judges at the Constitutional Court later,” added the DIA spokesperson.

Asri conveyed allegations of TSM fraud in the South Sulawesi gubernatorial election on 27 November 2024, which can be seen from two approaches.

“The first is the approach to the difference in voter participation, and the second is looking at the findings of fake signatures on the voter list at all polling stations in South Sulawesi,” explained Asri.

From the voter participation difference approach, it was found that the number of citizens who received an invitation to vote was on average only 50 percent of the Permanent Voter List (DPT).

“This is in line with the South Sulawesi KPU’s statement in the Fajar Newspaper headline published on December 4 2024,” said Asri.
