CIVITA CASTELLANA – Starting from 3 October, a second weekly session will be activated at the Diabetology clinic in Civita Castellana, at the Cittadella della salute in via Petrarca, which will be repeated every Thursday and which is in addition to the previous session on Wednesday, already operational since February, always on a weekly basis.
This strengthening of the service is part of the ongoing process, already started by the Viterbo Local Health Authority, to strengthen the offer intended for diabetic patients residing in District C, meeting the request received in this regard from the territory. In this specific case, the diabetes clinics of the Cittadella della Salute in Civita Castellana are part, with Tarquinia and Acquapendente, of the company diabetes center in Viterbo and the assistance is guaranteed by the diabetologists themselves.
The first visits, to access the service, can be booked at the company Cups with the referral from the general practitioner, for the first diabetes visit. For patients who already have a diagnosis of diabetes, and an exemption 013.250, it is possible to book the visit with a referral for a subsequent diabetes visit, on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 to 12 in room 4.
