Yesterday, the “Dialogue Doubles” organized by the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue reviewed the “Women’s Role in Leadership.” The Director of the National Observatory for Women, Dr. Sana Al-Otaibi, the Executive Assistant of the Family Affairs Council, Haila Al-Mukairish, and the meeting management, Raghad Nahari, spoke through her.
At the beginning of the meeting, Haila Al Mukairish talked about the role of the Family Affairs Council and its contributions to protecting the family entity and its members, and the goal of establishing the council. She said: “Women have a great role, whether at the level of the family or society. She pointed out that the National Observatory for Women is working on indicators that concern women in cooperation with a number of relevant authorities to study the challenges and compile accurate statistics on the reality of women in the work environment.
