He Governor of Yucatán, Joaquín Díaz Menastated that with the initiative Young Renaissance, 20 thousand higher education students in the state will have greater development options.
This scholarship consists of the delivery of 3 thousand pesos every two months, through the card Felipe Carrillo Puerto, explained the state president when attending the signing of the agreement between the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM) and the company Maya Trends.
Diaz Mena announced this support in order to complement the efforts of the federal project with the state one, so the call will be launched shortly.
He explained that in the first stage it will focus on delivering it to 20 thousand young people, who will receive the scholarship from 2025.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT
Regarding the signing of the agreement, the governor said that the students of the Tecnológico de Mérida will have greater options for academic and professional development, which formalizes collaboration.
“With this agreement, 33 technology students will be able to do professional internships, social service, receive dual education, as well as tools that will generate greater knowledge, so that in the future they can perform professionally in the Maya Trends or in another company,” he explained.
