Now, for 3 months, neither the Cabinet of Ministers, nor the Milli Majlis, nor the Audit Chamber, nor the DSMF itself, under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, has been able to obtain the payment order confirming this payment, the appropriate financial document, and the account to which it was transferred from the insurance institution. In a letter dated 10.03.2023 issued 2 months later, Jeyhun Gurbanli, adviser to the chairman of the board of directors of the State Council of State of Ukraine, said “there is a need for a necessary investigation, and an answer will be given depending on the outcome of the investigation.” For 3 months, we have pointed out that there is no need for an investigation here, that if 8,800 manats were paid to the Karabakh disabled person of the 1st degree on 19.03.2019, then the appropriate payment order should be given, and if it was not paid, the correct information should be given to the DSMF, but no attention was paid.

According to the requirement of the law “On citizens’ applications”, the application must be answered within 15 days, or at the latest within a month. But these are, as they say, technical issues. The facts that prove criminal fraud are not visible from this answer?
