Arsenal star Saka was on the ice when he scored England’s third penalty goal against Switzerland. Along with Rashford and Sancho, the winger was subjected to racism and heckling after taking the penalty in the European Championship final three years ago.

– It was very difficult to come back from something like this. I used it to make me stronger and today I took care of the chance. I am very happy, Saka said after Saturday’s game.

Ar Instagram Sancho ran off with a message to his English colleague.

– I am so proud of you. You did it for Marcus and me, writes Sancho.
