A person of «high profile» would be the protagonist of a video «pornographic» together with Sean “Diddy” Combsthe record producer arrested last September 16th in New York. To reveal it is Ariel Mitchell-Kiddlawyer for a woman who accuses the 54-year-old of sexual assault. Guest of the “Banfield” program on the American broadcaster NewsNation, the lawyer claims to have been contacted by an individual who wanted to sell her the footage in question.

Mitchell-Kidd does not name the protagonist of the hardcore video, limiting himself to the definition of “high profile person”, but states that this character “never looks at the camera” and that in his opinion “he did not know he was being filmed”. Again according to the lawyer, the video would be set in Diddy’s house in Atlanta and that the nature of the images is “pornographic”. Mitchell-Kidd added that certain videos have been talked about in Hollywood for some time. The individual who wanted to sell the video to the lawyer would also have suggested that she get in touch with the protagonist of the video, inviting this person to buy the clip before it becomes «public domain».
The raped girl
Mitchell-Kidd also spoke about the case of his client, a girl who claims to have been the victim of a sexual assault by Combs in 2018. «He contacted me a few weeks ago, called me and told me about his assault and his escape”, the lawyer said on TV.
The events allegedly took place at the home of a friend of the victim, who had “connections to the music industry”.
Here Diddy would have revealed himself, starting the nightmare of Mitchell-Kidd’s client: «She was served a drink. She started to feel dizzy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an object». The story continues: “He then ordered another man to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.” The girl apparently managed to escape somehow, and then went to report the incident to the police.
