At the 43rd year of his life, actor Mikhail Zubov died, the head of the “KinoLitsei” Elena Volodina told RBC about this.
She said that Zubov took part in the filming of the graduation film of students of the Krasnodar Film School. “I didn’t finish, unfortunately. We decided that we would not re-shoot his scenes with another actor, but rewrite the script so that the footage with him would still be included in the film in memory of him, ”Volodina said.
According to her, she and Zubov had previously collaborated on the filming of two graduation films – “Real Heroes” and “Milena”, in both films the actor played the main male role, and Volodina acted as an author and director.
The actor’s wife Natalya Gerdt said that death was due to the severe course of the COVID-19 disease and pneumonia, until his death he was in the intensive care unit for 13 days, Channel Five reports.
Mikhail Zubov was born on September 29, 1979. In 2003, he completed his studies at the Kuban Institute of International Entrepreneurship and Management, and then, since 2016, he studied at the Artanda School of Acting for three years.
