Natalya Nesterova, author of The Equation with Everyone Known, dies at 66
Natalya Nesterova was 66 years old, her books since the publication of the first novel in 2002 have sold more than 7 million copies.
Writer Natalya Nesterova has died at the age of 66, the AST publishing house reported. She was the author of the novel The Equation with Everyone Known, the total circulation of her books exceeded 7 million copies.
Nesterova was born in 1955 in the Lugansk region, studied at the Leningrad State University at the Faculty of Journalism. After graduation, she worked as a correspondent, headed the department of biology and medicine in the journal Science and Life, and was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Health and We.
She published her first novel, The Equation with Everyone Known, in 2022. In total, she wrote more than 40 novels and short stories, and her stories were also included in various collections.
“The multifaceted talent of Natalia Nesterova gave millions of readers the funny, sad and wise “Ring My Door”, “Grandmother in Demolition” and many, many other novels, novels and stories. Some have been filmed, and absolutely all are loved, interesting and important to readers, ”the AST press service writes.
In 2008, her novel “Call at my door” was filmed by the TV channel “Russia 1” in the format of a mini-series, in 2010 another book, “School for Fatties”, was filmed.
