The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) reported through social networks that Diego Marcelo Oviedo Ávalos will face an initial hearing for being accused of attempted murder, during a soccer match.
“The Attorney General of the Republic has requested the Justice of the Peace of Zaragoza that the defendant remain in prison since they have sufficient evidence against him,” the institution said through social networks.
It should be noted that on February 21, the National Civil Police (PNC), complying with the arrest warrant presented by the FGR, arrested Diego Marcelo Oviedo Ávalos, who is accused of the crime of attempted homicide.
The event occurred on February 17 of this year, the detainee caused a beating of the young Christian Medrano while they were playing a friendly soccer match on the Tuscania fields, department of La Libertad.
