Thiruvananthapuram: The government has issued an order requiring government employees to report for work on Tuesday. Dyson has also been announced as part of this. The order was issued by the Chief Secretary on the direction of the Kerala High Court. The order states that leave should not be taken except for essentials and that Dysonone will apply to those who do not show up for work.

Earlier, the Kerala High Court had ruled that the participation of government officials in the strike was illegal. The court also asked the government to issue an order today banning government employees from going on strike. The court expressed dissatisfaction that no action was taken against the striking government employees. The court also ruled that government officials should not go on strike. The order was passed by a bench headed by the Chief Justice on a petition questioning the strike. Following this, the Chief Secretary issued an order requiring the employees to report for work.
