The new Amarok line, in its ten versions, was presented to a large audience that attended the renovated premises of Dietrich, Volkswagen’s official representative in Bahía Blanca.
The presentation took place in its showroom located at Hipólito Yrigoyen 3999, where the directors Andrés Díaz, regional manager of Volskwagen Argentina, and Juan Pablo Ferreira, general manager of Dietrich Bahía Blanca, spoke about the changes introduced in the pickup manufactured in Argentina since 2010. .
The mid-sized truck received an update to its front and rear design and added improvements in terms of safety equipment, materials and finishes, among other changes.

“We are very happy with this presentation of the new Amarok in Bahía Blanca. Amarok is produced at the Volkswagen Industrial Center in General Pacheco and was presented in ten versions with different levels of equipment, engine and transmission, as well as its 4×2 or 4×4 version equipped with 4Motion permanent all-wheel drive. It keeps the engines that the range already had, the 2.0 TDI with 140 HP and the 3.0 V6 with 258 HP, which stand out as the most powerful among the local collections.
“We are very happy with our network of dealers, who are the ones who bring our products closer to customers. And we are very happy with sales projections, since we believe that we are going to continue to achieve an increase of close to 30 percent in this area. The objectives are, without a doubt, ambitious,” said Díaz.
The zonal manager of Volskwagen Argentina highlighted, on the other hand, that a test drive was granted to the entire Volkswagen Amarok dealer network.

There is also a new illuminated front grille with satin appliqués, a redesigned hood and a new “Amarok” logo located in the center of the tailgate.

Juan Pablo Ferreira, for his part, highlighted the payment methods to access the new Amarok.
