TRENTO. “It was born thanks to citizens of Trentino and Veneto and already aims to extend to other regions ‘We believe it’, the first committee for the No to the abrogative referendum on differentiated autonomy”. The announcement was made in a note by the deputy of Fratelli d’Italia Alessia Ambrosi.

“The committee – chaired by me – obviously dutifully awaiting what will be the events related to its admission and the collection of signatures, in the meantime collects the spontaneous adhesions of citizens, and was born as a response of the common people and the silent majority to the mobilization of the apparatus of the left and the unions”, continues Ambrosi.

“The association, which started today and will be formally established after the summer break, has as its statutory objective the defense of the government text through all possible democratic forms: demonstrations, signature collections, organization of debates and conferences. It was born from militants of Fratelli d’Italia but is not closed to further control of citizens without a membership card”.

Ambrosi concludes: “In front of the Italy of the left that does not want to change and that wants the harm of the South by continuing to propose a welfare model that mortifies the capabilities of entire areas of the Nation, there is our Italy, which focuses on merit, on the ability even at a local level to exalt its own peculiarities in a framework of virtuous emulation despite the strong belonging to the national community and its undisputed and indisputable unity. We will respond to the referendum challenge with courage and mobilization. The left with all its media between disinformation and distortion of reality is unleashed, but will find the opposition of civil society on its path. The committee for the No will be characterized by this courage. A great honor for me to be its head”.
