Greece is looking for the breakthrough after the drawing of the Nations League groups.
In particular, our National Team fell into the most difficult group of League B and will have to face England, which is the clear favorite for taking the 1st place, as well as Ireland and Finland.
Greece would normally have been in the same group as Austria, Norway and Slovenia, however there was a UEFA ruling which said that Kazakhstan, who were drawn just ahead of Greece, due to distance, could only be drawn in the same group as one of the following teams : England, Iceland, Ireland and Wales.
So, since England were already with Ireland, Kazakhstan went into the next group (Austria, Norway, Slovenia) and third-placed Greece went into Group B to face England, Ireland and Finland.

Group B1: Czech Republic, Ukraine, Albania, Georgia.
Group B2: England, Finland, Ireland, Greece
Group B3: Austria, Norway, Slovenia, Kazakhstan
