Kochi: The main accused in the abduction and torture case, actor Dileep and others have submitted their mobile phone test results to the court. The investigation team has received the findings of the cyber forensic examination. In light of this, Dileep’s brother P Anoop will be questioned at the Kalamassery crime branch office today.
After evaluating the test results and Anoop’s statements, Dileep and his brother-in-law TN Suraj will also be questioned. The crime branch was mainly unable to locate the requested mobile phone. Apart from this, the defendants submitted the phones to the court and sent them for examination. If further tests of the phones are required, they will have to be sent to the Bangalore Forensic Science Lab with the permission of the court.
The Crime Branch’s investigation report on the actress’ torture case should be submitted to the trial court by March 1. The cases are being investigated by two teams of the Crime Branch.
