The notice asked him to appear the next day, but the interrogation was postponed to Monday due to Dileep’s inconvenience.
Although Dileep had approached the high court against the probe, the court directed that the probe be thwarted. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) claims that Dileep’s role in the conspiracy and destruction of evidence in the attack on the actress has been further investigated. The forensic report of Dileep’s phones will also be crucial in the interrogation. This information will be included in the final report of the case to the court. Currently, the High Court has directed that the probe be completed before April 15. The investigation team will also seek information from Dileep on the allegation that the footage of the attack on the actress was leaked from the court.
