With 11 votes in favor, 5 against, and 3 abstentions, the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations (SAC) declared the constitutional complaint against President Dina Boluarte, Prime Minister Alberto Otárola, and former ministers Pedro Angulo and César Cervantes inadmissible.

The complaint referred to the 17 deaths that occurred on January 9 in Juliaca, Puno, where 17 people were killed in clashes with the Armed Forces (FFAA), within the framework of anti-government protests.
