Ko Apex’s attorney, Bagus Rahman, said that his client reported AR on April 29, 2024.
The report has been registered with the number LP/B/132/IV/2024/SPKT/Bareskim Polri.
“Yes, so Mr. Arfandi Susilo alias Ko Apex has reported Mr. AR as the director of PT SBS to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police,” said Bagus Rahman to the media crew.
Bagus Rahman said that Ko Apex reported AR on suspicion of embezzlement and falsification of documents.
“Regarding the alleged criminal acts of document forgery and embezzlement, sailing foreign vessels in the waters of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the crime of money laundering,” he said.
According to Bagus, Ko Apex had a strong reason to report AR to the police.
He said that Dinar Candy’s lover felt that there were several things that were not in accordance with the agreement.
