India won the first T20 against West Indies by 68 runs.
The first T20I between India and West Indies was played at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad.
In the Indian team who batted first, Suryakumar Yadav was dismissed for 24 runs and Shreyas Iyer did not take any runs. Later, Pant (14) and Hardik Pandya (1) were also out.
But, at the other end, Rohit Sharma was playing menacingly. He scored an impressive half-century and scored 64 runs off 44 balls with 2 sixes and 7 fours. Jadeja was dismissed 16 runs after his wicket.
At that time the score of the Indian team was 138. Tamil Nadu player Dinesh Karthik played Rudra Thandavam next. As a result, the team’s score rose at a jet speed. In the end, the Indian team accumulated 190 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
