Elisabeth Borne is “the choice of confidence, of efficiency”, assures Emmanuel Macron, after having reconfirmed him as Prime Minister. During the 100 days left to the head of government, “we announced new (nuclear) reactors, laid the foundations for ecological planning”, welcomes the head of state. He also ensures that there have been changes in education, health, and the sovereign. “The government has moved forward, decided, (…) been effective”, which “justifies this choice of confidence”.
