The head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, on Saturday condemned the “reprehensible” attack on the port of Odessa.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres for his part condemned “unequivocally” these attacks, stressing that “full implementation” of the agreement “is imperative”.

The head of British diplomacy, for her part, spoke of a “completely unjustified” action. “It shows that we cannot trust a word of what Vladimir Putin says,” added Liz Truss.
