Ensuring full respect for these principles is the basis of security and stability on the continent”, replies the Ukrainian embassy in Bucharest to the former Romanian foreign minister who on Saturday called on Ukraine to cede part of its territory to Russia, Romania, Hungary and Poland. “Such statements are unacceptable under any circumstances. They constitute a particularly flagrant deviation at a time when Ukraine is heroically defending its independence and the security of all of Europe,” the Ukrainian embassy wrote on Twitter.
