The male director wrote: “If the above individuals and organizations continue to have behaviors and comments that distort, slander, and defame my honor and the business I am operating, I ask the competent Vietnamese law enforcement agencies to intervene.
We ask the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention to intervene and request the return of a clean, green and humane environment to social networks in Vietnam.
Currently, the company’s lawyer has established all the comments and posts on social networks that contain edited, stereotyped, distorted, and seriously incorrect images that affect our honor and reputation. We are using legal measures and asking the law to intervene to resolve the case.”

On behalf of Mrs. Pham Kim Dung – Director Hoang Nhat Nam’s wife said she was also attacked by netizens for false rumors related to the ao dai that the “beauty queen boss” once wore.
Mrs. Pham Kim Dung wrote on his personal page: “I work in the field of culture and arts, so my thoughts and patriotism are as clear and transparent as sunlight.
I affirm and am confident that there is no intention to tarnish my own image. I hope the audience will have a very fair view and not be led by bad people who have cyber attacks and personal attacks as above.
For any posts or comments that distort the truth, our lawyers will file a report and seek legal action. As soon as the incident happened today, I took steps to report it to the authorities to be protected by the law.
Today, we will exercise our civil rights to make a record of the accounts that have distorted and slandered and send a petition to the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention to clearly report the incident and request protection.
