Arturo Rueda, the journalist and director of the Daily Changewas re-arrested on Thursday night upon leaving a hearing in the House of Justice of San Andrés Cholula, Pueblawhere he faces legal proceedings for the crime of extortion. The arrest was made by ministerial agents of the Office of the Attorney General (FGE).

However, upon leaving the court, he was arrested by three ministerial agents who approached him while he was accompanied by his family and colleagues.
In the video, Rueda He appears baffled, saying that he had federal protection that protected him against any legal action against him.At this point, the agents proceeded to arrest him. and they took him in a van to the San Pedro Cholula Social Rehabilitation Center, according to reports.

Rueda was sentenced in June of this year to two years and three months in prison for extortion, a crime for which he had already served 14 months in the medium security prison of Tepexi of Rodriguez.
