“Turn on the scale, place it on a flat surface and film it, choose the gram mode…” While a voice states these tasks necessary for the realization of a recipe that it must make, videos accompany these explanations, sequence by sequence. Without having to ask for a monitor, Juliette just has to turn on her tablet and scroll through the tutorial that interests her. This 25-year-old young woman works at Esat Jacques-Chavent in Lyon (Rhône), in the catering department. Every fortnight, like her colleagues in this sheltered work establishment, reserved for people with disabilities, she changes jobs.
