The Heritage Mission of Stéphane Bern has just revealed the hundred places which will benefit from the income of the Heritage Loto for their renovations.

The 100 sites selected for the sixth edition of the Heritage Loto are now known. The list of castles, churches, old fortresses and other drinking troughs scattered across mainland France and the Overseas Territories winners of this 2023 vintage was unveiled on Monday by the Heritage Mission.

Launched in 2018 by Emmanuel Macron and supervised by Stéphane Bern, the heritage mission aims to safeguard monuments in danger. Every year since, it has joined forces with La Française des jeux for an operation involving special lotto tickets, worth 15 euros.

“The amount of the levy on bets normally due to the State, i.e. 1.83 euros per ticket purchased, will be donated to the Heritage Foundation”, specifies the mission.

18 emblematic sites selected for this edition had already been unveiled last March. The FDJ will offer dedicated Loto draws from September 4 to 16including a Super Loto on Friday the 15th. The allocation granted to each of them will be revealed in September, while that which will be allocated to the 100 sites is expected for the end of the year.
