He ‌emphasized the need to create‍ opportunities for under-represented creators‍ and⁣ ensure that the⁣ benefits of diversity reach both large and small‍ production companies.

Indiara proposed a practical exercise called the “sky test” to encourage ⁢participants to identify and challenge their own biases. He argued that fostering a ‌diverse and inclusive environment is not just about⁢ hiring ⁤diverse talent, ‌but also about providing mentorship, guidance, ⁤and support.

The debate also touched on the responsible use of technology‍ and‌ artificial intelligence in audio visualization. Both speakers emphasized the importance⁢ of‍ considering diversity⁤ when programming algorithms and ensuring that these technologies⁣ are used‍ in a responsible manner.
