DIG/ The Gabonese Commercial Reinsurance Company (SCG-Ré) held its first general meeting by videoconference on July 28, 2023, after its double operation of public offering and listing on the Central Africa (BVMAC).
During this work, the shareholders approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 marked by a profit result of 1, 442 billion FCFA.
A performance that will allow the redistribution of 905 million francs in dividends to shareholders.
Indeed, the financial performance of SCG-Ré for the 2022 financial year has increased significantly.
Turnover reached 17.7 billion FCFA FCFA, registering an increase of 21% compared to 2021.
“Financial products have experienced remarkable growth of 8% compared to 2021, rising from 403 million FCFA to 435 million FCFA.
Net income also increased by 42% to reach 1.4 billion francs against 1.02 billion in 2021.
This performance will therefore make it possible to distribute a dividend of 905 million to shareholders”, indicated the managing director of the CGS-Ré, Andrew Gwodog.
