jpnn.comJAKARTA – The follow-up divorce trial of Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi was held at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA), Thursday (1/8).
However, neither Nisya nor Andika Rosadi were present at today’s trial.
Both of them were only represented by their respective legal teams.
Andika Rosadi’s attorney, Nata Sasmita, said that both of them had other activities, so they were unable to attend.
“Today is the agenda for the evidence, they have activities so for today’s evidence they cannot attend, maybe they can attend for the next trial,” said Andika Rosadi’s attorney, Nata Sasmita at the South Jakarta PA, Thursday (1/8).
He explained that today’s trial agenda was in the form of evidence from the plaintiff, namely Nisya Ahmad.
“The plaintiff’s evidence came from Mrs. Nisya, who today submitted written evidence,” said Nata Sasmita.
The trial will continue on Thursday (8/8), with the follow-up agenda in the form of written evidence from Nisya Ahmad.
