Novak Djokovic, Australia canceled the visa of the Serbian tennis player. The 34-year-old world number one at this point risks having to leave Melbourne a few days before the start of the Australian Open, scheduled for Monday 17 January, and being banned from Australia for three years.
The case then returned to court. Judge Anthony Kelly, the same one who on Monday agreed to the Serbian tennis player on the validity of the visa, ordered Djokovic to remain in the country until the epilogue of the affair.
