jpnn.comJAKARTA – The DKI Jakarta Education Office (Disdik) will open registration for educators through the Individual Work Contract (KKI) route for 1,700 teachers.
Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono said that the efforts were carried out by the Education Office through mapping and arranging teaching staff within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in accordance with applicable regulations.
According to Heru, honorary teachers are welcome to register through the mechanism according to applicable provisions.
“While waiting for the acceptance process, 107 honorary teachers will be verified to get the best solution,” said Heru in his statement, on Saturday (20/7).
Heru appealed to school principals to no longer recruit honorary teachers themselves who do not comply with applicable regulations.
In addition, the policies implemented in each school are expected to be inseparable from the responsibility of the Education Office which is carried out in a hierarchical manner.
Based on Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning State Civil Apparatus (ASN), the Government is prohibited from appointing non-ASN employees and the fulfillment of employee needs is only carried out through the ASN recruitment selection process, which consists of Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).
“If there is a need, it should be reported to the Education Office, so that later recruitment can be carried out according to the needs map,” he said.
The DKI Education Office will open registration for educators through the Individual Work Contract (KKI) route for 1,700 teachers. Honorary teachers are welcome to register.
