The DMD internal party election consultation meeting was held in Ariyalur on Wednesday.
In a meeting held at a private wedding hall in Ariyalur under the chairmanship of DMK’s State Youth Deputy Secretary Balamurugan, internal party elections were also discussed. Subsequently, resolutions were passed including setting up booths in all the wards, celebrating the birthday of DMD leader Vijayakanth on August 25th, providing welfare assistance, celebrating the 18th anniversary of DMDK on September 14th, and inviting more new members.
The party’s district secretary I. Jayavel presided over the meeting. Engineer team secretary Rajapanneerselvam, chief executive committee member Anandhan, general committee member Jacob, district deputy secretary Deivasikamani, union secretary Manikandan and other administrators spoke.
