DMK internal party elections are going on in various phases. Nominations for District Secretary, Chairperson, 3 Deputy Secretaries, Treasurer, Executive Committee and General Committee members started on September 22.
The filing of nominations will be completed today. At this stage, Tenkasi North district administrators sat on the ground and participated in a dharna at Anna University. They sat on the ground and staged a dharna demanding the election of Tenkasi North District and the appointment of a District Secretary.
