Sri Sri Jagannath Dev’s Rath Yatra, one of the religious festivals of Sanatan Dharma followers, is starting from Sunday (July 7). The festival will end on July 15 with a reverse chariot procession. On the occasion of the Rath Yatra, the DMP has advised to use alternative roads to those that will be used at that time.

On Saturday (July 6), DMP reported this information from the Media and Public Relations Department.

According to DMP, various Manglik programs have been organized in various temples on the occasion of Rath Yatra. The International Krishna Bhavnamrit Sangh (ISCON) has organized an 8-day event in the capital Dhaka on the occasion of Rath Yatra. The main Rath Yatra will start from Swamibagh ISKCON temple in the capital tomorrow at 3 o’clock and will end at Dhakeswari temple after circling various roads. Ulto Rath Yatra will start from Dhakeshwari temple at 3 pm on July 15 and will end at Swamibagh ISKCON temple after circling various roads.

Routes the Rath Yatra will circumambulate:

From Swamibagh Ashram (ISKCON, Dhaka) at Swamibagh Road → Jaykali Mandir Mor → Ittefaq Mor → Shapla Chatwar → Dainik Bangla Mor → Rajuk Crossing → Gulistan → Golapshah Shrine → Police Headquarters → Government Employees Hospital → High Court Shrine → Doel Chatwar → Central Shaheed Minar → Jagannath Hall → Palashi → Dhakeshwari National Temple will end.
