Former First Minister Kumaraswamy told reporters: –
There have been irregularities in the recruitment of police sub-inspectors. In the lust for money, some have ruined the overall selection process. The wrongdoers must be found and punished.
Those who received the job in the wrong way should be condemned and action should be taken against them. At the same time there should be no injustice to those who read honestly and write the exam and win.
CID on abuse complaint The investigation is ongoing. The government has announced a re-election this time. This is not correct. Has the government made a mistake? What is the guarantee that the re-election will be conducted honestly. Such mistakes will not happen in the days to come only if the culprits are identified and severe action is taken against them.
It is not right to cancel the exam altogether just because something went wrong. So do not cancel that selection. Canceling the exam will cause injustice to the honest winners. This is not correct.
