La Palma, Chalatenango. Located in Barrio El Tránsito, Chalatenango, the La Palma hotel was founded in 1942, becoming one of the oldest hotels in El Salvador.
Its owner, Salvador Zepeda Carrillo, has made this hotel an ECO-tourism place, in which tourists can enjoy nature and the characteristic art of the people of Palma.
The hotel offers à la carte dishes, typical and Mexican, and of course specialty desserts such as quesadillas and fruit pie, a swimming pool, a 4-block forest, cabins in the middle of the forest, and viewpoints.
