According to the representative survey, the most important physical characteristic of a dream home for Hungarians is that the people who live in it have their own living space: the majority of respondents (55%) indicated this factor as the first. The fact that the property is characterized by spacious, bright spaces is only a little short of that (46%). In terms of location, the respondents prefer tranquility: for most respondents, quiet surroundings (84%), green areas (79%), and easy accessibility (76%) are among the most important aspects of the “dream home formula”.
The national lottery company, in cooperation with OTP Bank, is once again offering an apartment prize as the main prize in this year’s latest Player’s Card campaign.

Zsófia Bánhegyi, commercial director of Szerencsejáték Zrt., said at the press conference announcing the new Player Card campaign:
The Player Card program already makes the entertainment of our nearly 1,800,000 players more convenient and safer in the Lottozo network. Last year, within the framework of the program, we brought back the apartment prize after 50 years, which was an extraordinary success, and this is how the continuation is coming. We are now offering the luckiest player a brand new property in an exclusive environment, suitable for a dream home, as the main prize.
He added: “Increasing the number of registered players is not only a business interest, but also our primary responsibility as a game organizer, since we can provide personalized services and information for the holders of the Player’s Card, thereby supporting their conscious and responsible play in everyday life.”
How to win?
In the campaign, which runs from September 9 to mid-March 2024, cash prizes will be drawn weekly among Player Card users who purchase lottery games or bets worth HUF 1,500 or more. Players who meet the conditions are eligible for the main prize – a property in Buda worth HUF 110 million, and the chance can be increased. The new promotion compared to the previous similar promotion is that wherever the player plays, be it at a point of sale or online, if he has a Player’s card, he can collect points and become a candidate for the property.
The most popular elements of the previous campaign are still alive: the fulfillment condition of HUF 1,500 = 1 point has remained, so the price of obtaining the chances to get the apartment has not changed. What’s more, the Joker game is always included in the value of the ticket, so even with a smaller base bet, the condition for earning points can be met. (e.g.: 3 fields of Five Lottery worth HUF 1,200 + 1 Joker worth HUF 400 already means 1 point to the player. Previously, 4 fields were needed for 1 point and the Joker was a separate scoring game.)
