The list of top 10 scooters sold in India in January has now been released. The Honda Activa scooter topped the list.
Honda Activa scooters have been very popular among the people for some years now. The Honda Activa topped the list with 1,43,234 units sold last month.
The Honda Activa scooter accounted for 44.61 percent of the total scooters sold last month.
TVS Jupiter scooter took 2nd place. The 43,476-unit TVS Jupiter scooter went on sale last month. This is followed by Suzuki’s Access model in 3rd place with 42,148 units sold.
In 4th place was the Honda Dio with 27,837 units sold. TVS Endarc sold 21,120 units in 5th place and 13th Hero Blusher sold 13,195 units. This is followed by Suzuki Bergman in 9th place with 9,504 units sold and Yamaha Ray ZR scooters in 8th place with 7,030 units sold.
In 9th and 10th place were Suzuki Avenis with 6,314 units and Yamaha Fascino with 6,221 units.
